Q: What are your photo magnets made of?
A: Our custom photo magnets are made with high-quality materials which includes mylar, steel, cardboard and a magnetic backing. They are durable and have a glossy finish to protect your photo and keep colors vibrant.

Q: How strong are the magnets?
A: Our magnets are strong enough to securely hold on refrigerators and other magnetic surfaces.

Q: Are the magnets waterproof?
A: They are water-resistant but not waterproof. We recommend keeping them indoors and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Photo Upload & Quality
Q: How do I upload my photo?
A: You can upload your photo directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

Q: Will I see a preview of my magnet before ordering?
A: Yes! Our live preview allows you to see how your photo will look on the magnet before you purchase.

Q: What type of photos work best?
A: High-resolution images taken in good lighting work best. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily zoomed photos for the best results. Clear photos = beautiful magnets.

Q: Will my photo be cropped?
A: Photos may be cropped slightly to fit the selected size. Please make sure important details are centered in your image.

Customization
Q: Can I add text or edit my photo?
A: At this time, we do not offer photo editing or text additions. Please upload your photo exactly as you want it printed.

Q: Can I order multiple magnets with different photos?
A: Yes! Simply upload a new photo for each magnet before adding it to your cart.

Return Policy
Q: Can I return my items for a refund?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items, but if you are unsatisfied please reach out so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at magneticmomentswxw@gmailcom. Please include your name, date of purchase, best number for us to call or a detailed message. Be sure to include the order number in the notes section. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item.
